If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course you’ve enrolled in, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

  • You have not accessed more than 50% of the course content.
  • You have not received a certificate of completion for the course.

If you meet the criteria, you can request a full refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Timeframe: Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). If you paid through another method, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
